ABSTRACT

The widespread occurrence of Aeromonas spp. in the present study indicates that chevon and fish could act as potential sources of spread of this emerging foodbome pathogen. This represents public health significance of the said organism as some strains of Aeromonas spp. are enteropathogenic and responsible for gastrointestinal disorders in humans
