Page No. : 46-48
ABSTRACT
The current study analyzed the occurrence of antibiotic residues quantitatively in fish and prawn samples collected from fresh water, brackish water and marine sources located in five districts of Andhra Pradesh, India using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Tetracyclines (oxytetracyclin and doxycycline), ciprofloxacin and sulphamethoxazole were targeted and analyzed using multi residue HPLC method.
